Terms & Conditions

All orders receive a 2% cash discount if paid within 30 days of invoice date. All orders are F.O.B. Madison, WI unless otherwise specified.

Prices, Discounts, Specials and Terms are subject to change without notice. Prices only change as necessary and we will do our best to keep costs down. All prices are F.O.B. Point of Origin.

Orders must be for $25.00 or more or there will be a $5.00 service charge.

There will be a pallet fee for freight orders requiring a pallet.

Terms of all U.S. sales are net 30 days and orders shipped by Dairy Xpress outside the U.S. are net 60 days. Dairy Xpress reserves the right to hold orders for advance payment at any time. Credit limits must be arranged in advance and require that accounts are maintained current. Domestic accounts not paid within terms are subject to a monthly service charge of 1.5% monthly or 18% annually and export accounts are subject to a monthly service charge of 2% or 24% annually.

Products are covered by the manufacturer's written limited warranty. For products not covered by a written limited warranty, a written estimate of repair charges will be furnished to the customer. Dairy Xpress assumes no liability for direct, indirect or consequential damages and all warranties expressed or implied including without exception any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed. The warranty of the manufacturer is the sole remedy of the purchaser. Rubber, glass and plastic parts carry no warranties of any kind. Dairy Xpress is not obligated to pay for labor, loss of product, time or transportation charges, or costs related to defective installation and customer expressly waives all such damages and claims.
